Prices belong to merchants

Stowpocket lists prices we verified at the time of publication, but merchants change prices constantly. The price at checkout on the merchant's site is the final word — if it differs from what we showed, the merchant's price wins. We mark deals expired as soon as we know they're dead, but there can be a gap.

Deals are informational, not offers

Listings on Stowpocket are pointers to third-party merchants, not offers by Stowpocket. We don't sell products, process payments, or handle returns — any purchase is strictly between you and the merchant, under the merchant's terms.

Reference prices

Where a discount is shown, it's computed against a reference price the merchant displayed themselves (labeled in the merchant's own words, e.g. Comp. Value, List Price, or Was). These labels describe the merchant's pricing, not a promise about typical market prices.

Community conduct

Comments and votes exist to help shoppers. Don't post spam, scams, personal data, or anything unlawful. We may hide or remove content that violates this, and restrict accounts that abuse the community features.

Alerts

Price-drop alerts are a best-effort notification service. We aim to email you promptly when a watched price moves, but we don't guarantee timing, delivery, or that a price will still be available when you click through.

Limitation of liability

Stowpocket is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESS Technology Services LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on listed prices, or purchases made through merchant links.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
